The neighbor was placing his cones in an unconventionally wide formation, and surprisingly close to my car (front right).
I heard him explain to his woman that "When she [that would be me] pulls out, you'll end up getting her spot too."

I would go out an clear my car off ... neatly shoveling the snow right into 'his' spot.
ReplyDeleteWhat is the protocol if (gasp) you went out, and left cones, or better lawn chairs, marking YOUR spot??? Is his woman then not able to take your spot, since you have marked your territory in a manner which would be recognizable to him???
Officially, if I so mark my territory, none may pass. Sadly for me, I do not place my crap in the street unless there is more than 3 feet of snow AND I have had to shovel most mightily to get my car out, thus "earning" my spot. I couldn't very well mock this phenomenon if I were to join in, now COULD I?
