Yes. 7 days. A full week since the last frozen precip, which was by the by a mere coating of sleet and freezing rain.  I fully expected to see no new conage or chairage.  Silly silly me.

Kevin L kindly donated this gentle reminder duct taped onto a Chicago parker's car.  Perhaps Chicagoans (Chicagoites? Chicagoins?) people from Chicago should take a lesson from the possessive Mid-Atlantic folk.  Or vice versa.  Here, you just get shot, or your car is keyed.  Duct tape, however, is not wasted.

Even more rare is the above cone:  the Suburban Sprawl Space Saver.  This home is in  suburban Wilmington.  This is a private residence, not a business.  A private drive, not on-street parking.  Quite the impressive find.
